Many insurers now require electrical certification before issuing cover on a new home purchase, and finance typically depends on cover being in place. Missing certification can hold up the process, prevent offers, cause agreements to fall through, and restrict the pool of buyers at auction.

Our registered inspectors verify your electrical system. If it's safe and up to code, we issue a CoV (Energy Works Certificate) on the day. If issues are found, small ones are resolved on site and larger ones quoted, with all additional costs confirmed before proceeding.
