DETAILS

Verification of the electrical system using basic visual inspection and limited testing.

Our fully registered and qualified inspectors & electricians thoroughly inspect all parts of your electrical installation.

 

OUTCOMES

If we find that your installation is safe and up-to-code, we can issue a Certificate of Verification (Energy Works Certificate) on the day,

This will allow your energy provider to restore power.

(This document certifies that your installation is electrically safe. It is needed for both insurance and building code compliance purposes)

If we find indications that the electrical work has not been installed correctly - or has degraded to an unsafe state due to age - we then build a report of remedial work required before certification can be issued.

 

REMEDIAL WORK

- Small issues will be able to be resolved on-site, allowing us to certify on the day.

- Larger issues will be assessed and we'll provide quotes for remedial work required.

Once the remedial work has been completed, we issue certification for the work we've done AND a certificate of verification for the entire installation.

At all times we'll keep you informed of any additional cost BEFORE carrying out the work
