What happens if my property fails the inspection?

Small issues are usually fixed on the spot, with any costs confirmed with you first, so we can still certify the same day. Larger issues get a written report with solutions and a formal quote. Once the remedial work is complete, we return to re-inspect and issue certification. Anything posing an immediate fire or safety risk must be disconnected on the day for your safety.
